Shipping Your Order

We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours (this means 3 day shipping could take four days to get to you). Items are assessed a shipping and handling fee based on size and weight. Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS unless you instruct us otherwise. USPS Standard orders are usually shipped the next day after you order.  Please call us at 360.734.2311 for a UPS or FedEx quote if you would like to use another shipping method that is not listed as an option for your order.  If overnight or next day delivery is needed, we will be happy to ship your merchandise by any available express service you choose; additional shipping charges will apply. Please note that requests to ship orders via UPS Next Day Air and other non-Ground options need to be received by 1 PM Pacific Time in order to ship the same day. Prices are quoted F.O.B., Origin.

  

Shipments Outside of the United States of America

(Customs, Duties & Taxes)

When ordering from Conterra, Inc., YOU, the buyer and recipient, are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country, and for all fees associated with doing so.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to, but not limited to, import taxes, customs, duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs' duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. THESE FEES ARE SEPARATE FROM THE SHIPPING AND PROCESSING COSTS THAT ARE INVOICED. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Conterra, Inc. has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, delays beyond our original delivery estimates may result.

Damage in Shipment

Despite our best efforts, items may occasionally be damaged in transit. Freight carriers are liable for damage only when damage is indicated on the bill of lading before you sign for the shipment. Therefore, we recommend that you inspect the outside and contents of all cartons received. If any damage is found, write details on the bill of lading and save the shipment, including the outside container and inside packing material. Ask the delivery carrier to make an inspection immediately. These notations will allow us to make a claim on your behalf for shipping damage. Return Policy

Product may be returned within 30 days of date of purchase. After 30 days, there will be a 15% restock fee deducted from the amount of refund. Product must be in new, unused condition. Return must include invoice or packing list. Credits will be refunded to the same form of payment as the purchase. Refunds will be given for the cost of the product only. No shipping charges will be refunded. If product was purchased from a distributor or third party supplier and not directly from Conterra Inc., returns must be sent and processed by that source. Their return policy may differ from Conterra Inc. Please contact them directly for their return policy.

Color Variation

Colors may slightly vary from batch to batch of materials. Despite our best efforts we cannot control exact shade colors in all of our products. In addition, computer monitor or screen color settings may also alter the color appearance of products. Please be aware of this if you are concerned about colors. If you desire to return your purchase due to color please refer to the Return Policy.
