Refund policy

Product may be returned within 30 days of date of purchase. After 30 days, there will be a 15% restock fee deducted from the amount of refund. Product must be in new, unused condition. Return must include invoice or packing list. Credits will be refunded to the same form of payment as the purchase. Refunds will be given for the cost of the product only. No shipping charges will be refunded. If product was purchased from a distributor or third party supplier and not directly from Conterra Inc., returns must be sent and processed by that source.
