Shipping Costs

Delivery
In stock items are shipped the same day the orders are placed. We ask our customers to wait at least 10 days before requesting a shipping trace on their orders. In those rare instances that we are out of stock, we automatically back order the item and ship all available items, because we appreciate your need for emergency equipment and supplies.

Orders ship via U.P.S. “Groundtrac” delivery. Three day, Two day, and Next day deliveries are also available for an extra charge (please call 360.734.2311). We will ship USPS upon request, however, shipment may be delayed one to two day.

International orders are welcomed! Orders are shipped Fridays by Global Express (international shipping rates apply).  Your shipping cost can be estimated at the online checkout (Except the Riggers Guide).  The shipping costs on Technical Riggers Guide will be calculated after purchase based on your location and you will be contacted before shipment.

Orders shipped to Alaska are sent by Priority Mail on Friday, applicable rates apply.

Warranty
Conterra guarantees all of our products against defects in materials or workmanship for the reasonable life of the product, unless the product has been worn out, misused, or abused, as determined by our examination. We will repair or replace any defective item as appropriate, as long as our label remains unaltered on that product. Any product returned on warranty shall first be cleaned according to OSHA guidelines, before we can accept it.
